Dear all,

Following Monday's call, here are the relevant rules from the UDRP on
reporting requirements.

Best wishes,
Lars

As far as the UDRP is concerned:

The Policy Document <http://www.icann.org/en/help/dndr/udrp/policy> states
in Section j) that:

The [dispute] Provider shall notify us [the registrar] of any decision made
by an Administrative Panel with respect to a domain name you [registrant]
have registered with us. All decisions under this Policy will be published
in full over the Internet, except when an Administrative Panel determines in
an exceptional case to redact portions of its decision.

The rule applicable to dispute providers
<http://www.icann.org/en/help/dndr/udrp/rules> state in Rule 16 (b):
Except if the Panel determines otherwise (see Paragraph 4(j)
<http://www.icann.org/en/dndr/udrp/policy.htm#4j> of the Policy), the
Provider shall publish the full decision and the date of its implementation
on a publicly accessible web site. In any event, the portion of any decision
determining a complaint to have been brought in bad faith (see Paragraph
15(e) <http://www.icann.org/en/help/dndr/udrp/rules#15e> of these Rules)
shall be published.
