hi all,

here's the status report for the week.  nice one -- no issues or concerns.

the focus of our next teleconference will be to continue the discussion of the charter questions we started on the last call.  unfortunately, i'll be in jury duty and won't be able to join you.  but i'll listen to the transcript and update the mind-map from that.
