hi all,

my conclusion, after hacking my way through revising the TDRP based on our recent discussions, is that i'm going to stick to computer programming.  legal-documents are too complicated for me.  so read this draft *very* carefully, especially you lawyers.  i'll walk you through it on the next call.  the goals are simple -- make changes that are consistent with what we discussed.  it's all in the execution.
