Thank you, Nick

I think delegating country & territory names, specifically 2 Letter-Letter ccTLDs, is not on the table.  There is however some conversation in the list on 3 Letter Codes. We are still gathering input there to see whether the pertinent recommended text shall remain the same or be somehow edited.
