I encountered same behaviors that Cheryl details.

1st...  there is no ability to score the same numerical value for the different Sub questions in each section question any selection of say a second 8 (or 10 etc.,)  removes any other 8 (etc.,) already placed against the other sub questions...

And
2nd... I see no submit button  only a go back to the sample surveys option...

I am assuming this is not as it is meant to be...
