[Gnso-newgtld-wg] Doodle Poll: 3:00 UTC time slot for New gTLD SubPro PDP WG

Hi,

I also want to add:

Not only do we need to rotate around the 24hrs of UTC to get every
region in, but

- All calls are recorded and can be listened to during acceptable hours
- We have a mailing list where those who will miss calls can send in
their views on the issues to be discussed before the call, and can
follow up after - Especially given that many prefer writing to talking
during the calls, the email list should still be useful.
- No decision is made in a single call.

It is assumed and understood that some people will not be able to make
all meetings. Some will go to the extra effort to make them all, but
many won't be able to.

0300 UTC is a good time for:

Tehran 0630
Hyderabad 0830
Beijing 1100
Seoul Noon
Adelade 1330
Wellington 1600
