[Gnso-newgtld-wg] First Call?

Hi Michele,

Thanks for the clarification. For the future, maybe it would be useful to
change the language of the call in order to reflect what you are saying,
because my reading of the language leads me to understand quite the
opposite: "This call will remain open until the PDP WG convenes for the
first time. At this juncture, it is anticipated that the PDP WG may convene
online in late February 2016".

Regardless of the fact that we would have an "official" kickstart call or a
informal call, I agree that a conversation by voice or e-mail is necessary
to plan the group's presence in Marrakech.
