Hi Avri , Jeff, SPPDP Participants,

As I have previously indicated I would be honoured to take on a No2 role
in support of the Chair(s) of this new GNSO WG.
As Avri knows we have both been heavily involved in the CCWG
-Accountability WG . This has been a huge effort , very time consuming ,
huge commitment by the Co Chairs , Mathieu, Thomas and Leon.
I think my particular gTLD skills sets, knowledge , involvement in Round 1
compliment Jeff's and Avri 's nicely.
I would be happy to share the workload and support Jeff and Avri as Co

Thanks Rafik.

If we decide to go with co-chairs, I would be happy to serve as one, if the
group supports having me in such a role.

I would bring not only experience from last round and from consulting with
several applicants this time, but also my concern for community TLDs and for
extending the gTLD program to developing economies, something that I feel we
fell short of last time.

We learned a lot last time in terms of not being specific enough in our
policies to guarantee a program implementation that met the assumptions that
had been made. The PDP and the notion of implementation teams has not been
added to the PDP process that would allow us to develop policies with
greater detail and specificity.

I also bring what I believe is a proven ability to put aside my viewpoint in
order to help build consensus among the diversity of views I am sure we will
encounter over the process.

So if people are willing to have me in a co-chair role, I would be honored
to take it on.
