[Gnso-newgtld-wg] Please participate - doodle poll on possible F2F session at ICANN57

I figured some group would want to go to Day Zero.  Given the timing,
attending the CCWG meeting means leaving the US on Sunday for a meeting
that allegedly starts on a Thursday (=Day 1).
