Dear WG Members,

As a reminder, WG feedback to the Draft prepared by staff to solicit Statements/Advice to the 2012 New gTLD round from the SO/AC/SG/Cs should be submitted to the WG list by 2359 UTC on 11 May 2016. Please find the draft attached.

In regards to the deadline for response, staff had suggested that 35 days should be provided, which is pursuant to section 9 of the PDP Manual (http://gnso.icann.org/en/council/annex-2-pdp-manual-13jun13-en.pdf). Assuming the letters are able to be distributed Friday, 13 May, the deadline would then be 17 June.

Best,
Steve
