[Gnso-newgtld-wg] [Gnso-newgtld-lead] - Time Shift Analysis

Hi Steve,

The more I think about adjusting time tables, the more I confuse myself.
I have double and triple checked it a dozen times, but the meeting time in
Tokyo stays concurrent with UTC time. Therefore, there won't be any
problems if we leave the timetable "as is".
