They raise some interesting questions that will require closer examination by the entire WG.

There are also some cryptic references in here where we will certainly need clarification – ex – “On some recommendations the Board remains concerned about adding functions that may exceed ICANN’s scope or mission.”  Which specific functions are they referring to?

As part of this – is Avri the Board Liaison to the group?  Maybe she could shed some light.

And do we expect an ICANN Org comment similar to the previous initial report?
