Hello All,

To provide some clarity :
1. NCAP as a project had quite poor justification (a dozen lines of text
for spendings  of mora than 1M usd). And was a fishing expedition kind of
idea (according to SSAC answer 21 to public comments).
2. Not in the list of of the incoming FY spendings.
3. For more info I'd recommend to check

In any case .  2. Means it is not going to happen.

Do we know the reason to belive that non active project with poor
justification should stop all the progress of the PDP?
