On 2.7.8 (Name Collisions), I would qualify that as possible, due to a charter topic that was not addressed, collisions in existing gTLDs. If the final report ends up not containing this subject matter, then indeed no further public comment is warranted.

The Co-Chairs and staff have taken a first pass at this exercise, which you will here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19vmRAqansu_eo71jXnYG3fz_MiThlGZnq9kxMagrDC0/edit?usp=sharing <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19vmRAqansu_eo71jXnYG3fz_MiThlGZnq9kxMagrDC0/edit?usp=sharing>. However, as this WG has discussed, the basis for seeking additional public comment should be when the outcomes (e.g., draft Final Recommendations) represent something that the community has not reasonably had a chance previously to provide comment. From that standpoint, any discussions on Monday will be preliminary, as the WG works towards its draft Final Recommendations.

The creation of these discussion papers is not to introduce new information but rather, to organize existing materials to facilitate a constructive and productive discussion. Those three topics and relevant discussion papers can be found directly below, as well as on the agenda page.
