[Gnso-newgtld-wg] Revisions to sections on GAC Advice - Current Status?

Sorry to have missed last night's witching hour call and sorry this is not
done.  You can blame me, not Paul.  i will look at the last bit of language
in play this evening and hammer something out with Paul.
