[Gnso-newgtld-wg] Cancelling this Week's Full Working Group Call

Hi Jeff, 
Thanks for the update.
Would it be possible to change the call to the same time next week - ie Thursday 10 September 15 00 UTC.

Currently it is at 03 00 UTC which will obviously limit us Europeans from attending.
