[GNSO-PDP3Dot0-DT] REMINDER - Final Call: Review Improvement #2 by Wednesday 7 August 2019

Thanks for sharing again Ariel.

First comment I have is that I think several parts in the document should
take into account our considerations from Recommendation #3 with members
and what they need to take into consideration (maybe we could add a
referencing footnote to #3’s docs). Also, observers’ status should
particularly be double checked in both Recommendation Implementation plans
#2 and #3 so that we’re consistent over all. I don’t think we’ve specified
their status change process from observer to member in either.

Second comment is that I think before ACs in the tables, we should say, “in
some cases”. Because the way our current EPDP’s charter is, does not
dictate the development of other EPDP charters whereby ACs might not need
to be a part of the PDP in certain cases. But I’m open to discuss this
further. I’d say this is more of a sentence structure conversation in any
case, so no big deal.
