[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Electing a WG chair (or co-chairs)

Thank you very much for the nomination and support. Quite honestly I hadn't planned on running for the chairmanship of this WG, but I very happily accept Tim's nomination.

Let's work together to make sure the coordination of this group is something we are all equally comfortable with.
