[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Action items and proposed agenda for the next WG meeting

Dear WG members,

Please find attached a revised Mind Map for your review, based on the
discussions from the last call earlier this week. Thanks again to Maria for
serving as the interim chair of this group, and welcome to Don, Graeme and
Steve as the respective Chair and Vice-Chairs! In preparation for the next
WG call on Tuesday 17 December at 1500 UTC, a summary of the action items
from the last meeting and a proposed agenda follows.

Action Items:
1. Submit Statements of Interest (SOI) (this is for those WG members yet to
do so, including WG members who need to update older SOIs; please note that
you may be asked to leave the WG if you fail to submit a SOI as that is a
requirement for participation per the GNSO WG Guidelines)
2. Review and comment on Charter questions with view toward confirming
whether and how to group/categorize and (if possible) prioritize the Charter
questions ­ please submit any initial comments or suggestions to the mailing
list in order to spur discussion ahead of the next meeting
Proposed Agenda:
1. Roll Call/SOI
2. Review Mind Map: "brainstorm" to categorize/group and prioritize Charter
questions
3. Next steps and preparation of Work Plan
4. Next meeting: agree on set dates and times going forward
