Attached please find a draft set of suggested, consolidated Preliminary
Conclusions for both Charter Questions E-1 and E-2. The draft has been
reviewed by the Chairs, who welcome your feedback as to whether it
accurately captures the WG¹s deliberations and minimum set of
recommendations to date on this Charter category.
