[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Questions (UPDATED)

Hi All,
I think something has been mistakenly stricken from the current
materials. The concept of "takedown" of a proxy/privacy registration
rather than disclosure of the identity and location of those running it
- particularly for political dissidents, persecuted religious
minorities, and those simply with unpopular views - is a longstanding
issue raised by Wendy Seltzer and others in the NCUC.

So many other longstanding (and frankly, long dismissed) issues are
placed before us. This is one that cannot simply be deleted. It may not
be the best option, but through our discussion of it, I am sure we will
find better ideas. /I ask that it be put back immediately in "Main
Issues" and other locations of the document./

Best,
Kathy
