[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Revised SO/AC letter and SG/C input template for discussion/finalization on Tuesday 14 January

Dear WG members,

This email is a follow up to Don's earlier email setting out next steps for
the WG, in which he mentioned that on our next call (Tuesday 14 January) he
would like to spend a few minutes finalizing the SO/AC invitation letter and
the SG/Constituency input template so that they can be sent out without
further delay. Please find attached updated versions of these two documents
for your review and preparations. FYI, they have been revised in accordance
with Don's suggestions and incorporate a number of other helpful suggestions
made by other WG members.

Please note that for the other substantive/language edits and suggestions
that have been made on the list, staff will compile those for further
discussion by the WG, in the context of your finalization of the WG Work
Plan and discussion of the current proposed grouping of the existing Charter
questions. Thank you all for the many constructive suggestions and great
discussion.
