[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Template for Category G

Dear WG members,

Please find attached the draft template for deliberations on Category G -
Termination. Please also accept our apologies for not getting this out to
you earlier; the good news is that it’s relatively short! We ask that you
note also the Preliminary Note from ICANN Staff at the top of the
document, which attempts to knit together some of the
disparities/confusion surrounding this charter category.
