[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Standalone provider

I missed the initial discussion, but was the question about an example of a
p/p provider that is not also a registrar? If so, one example might be Katz
Global Domain Trust:
http://www.katzglobal.com/hosting/anonymous-domains.html. I think it's
possible that they operate as a reseller -- I'm not sure about that -- but
I've seen domain names with their WHOIS registered with more than one
registrar, so if they do have a reseller affiliation, I don't think its
exclusive. The "order" page for domain names is broken, but the home page
implies that the order can be submitted via email.
