[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Standalone provider

Hi Steve,

To give some more meat to it, its generally offered to anyone using the 
LogicBoxes platform (also DI owned) unless opted out. For example we are 
opted out and have our own service.

I will take my hat off to PrivacyProtect in saying they are responsive - 
they do not mess around, and will act.
