[Gnso-ppsai-pdp-wg] Updated draft Initial Report - please send comments/suggestions to this list ahead of the next call

Dear WG members,

Please find attached an updated version of the draft Initial Report that was
first circulated on 19 December 2014. This update reflects the discussion
and agreement reached during the last WG call on 6 January 2015, when the WG
reviewed Section 1.3.1 of the draft report (stopping at Recommendation 12,
i.e. just before Relay.) While staff has noted the need to ensure that any
changes to these summarized recommendations are also reflected in the more
detailed exposition of the actual recommendations in Section 7 of the
report, we have yet to do so pending the WG¹s completion of its review of
the report.

Also attached is the template that the WG used in its deliberations on
Category D Question 2, in relation to contactability and responsiveness of
P/P service providers. James had asked that this be circulated again, to
assist the WG to review what is currently summarized as Recommendation 8 in
Section 1.3.1 of the draft report.

The WG Work Plan has been updated to reflect the WG¹s intention to finalize
all its recommendations ­ including for Category F (Reveal) - by ICANN52 in
Singapore in February, where it will present its recommendations to the
community. The finalized Initial Report will then be published for public
comment following the end of the Singapore meeting.

Please continue to review the draft Initial Report, and send your comments
or questions to this list ahead of the next call (scheduled for next
Tuesday, 20 January), as Kathy has done previously with her suggestions for
changes to the Executive Sumary.
