I will listen to the transcript but I am very concerned with the automated request scenario that we are trying to solve for.

1) If there is a defined process to submit a request are you saying that a proxy vendor may receive 10,000 of the same request?


2) Or are these requests being sent through other means (such as an abuse email address) instead of the defined process?

3) What is the volume?

4) Do you receive hard copy requests

5) How does a proxy vendor handle those requests now?

Can you define computer generated?
