Ok Lisa.

I've just found two possible requirments not covered by Scott inputs from
RCFs 7481 and 7482


   - *[CM]:* Servers MUST ignore unknown query parameters. Use of unknown
   query parameters for cache busting is described in Appendix B



   - *[DE]:* In accordance with [RFC5226], the IANA policy for assigning
   new values, shall be Specification Required: values and their meanings must
   be documented in an RFC or in some other permanent and readily available
   reference, in sufficientdetail that interoperability between independent
   implementations is possible.
