Andrew,

I'm not quite sure but it might be an attempt to spin the facts of a case
(just a filed complaint not a decidion of a court) in order to insinuate an
argument that this case is silly thus all trademark rights are silly and
thus the rights of trademark owners are silly and thus trademark owners
don't deserve access to RDS data.

Or it could just be off-topic.
