Sorry for coming back on this, maybe I am too late, but I just wanted to
draw your attention on some documents which could be of interest also for
our work. These are declarations and letters however they are quite recent
and reflects the viewpoint and general approach of those bodies towards our
subject matter.

I had asked Lisa to add some core documents from the Data protection
authorities to the wiki.  Here is an attempt to come up with a shortlist.
Many documents not listed here deal with aspects of our work, but I do
realize most people are not sufficiently interested in data protection to
read this background material.
