As to accuracy, there is a fine line between absolute accuracy and 
reasonable efforts ensuring accuracy that must be navigated.

If we as a group come down with a decision that the data must be 100% 
accurate, all the time, forever, then we can stop right there since such 
a goal can only be achieved in cloud coocoo land.

Reasonable accuracy can probably be achieved, but we should stay away 
from absolutes as they will become a cost trap and implementation 
nightmare.

So when everyone is demanding accuracy, we should first define what that 
actually is supposed to mean for the purposes of this group and the 
policy we are trying to create.

So what does "accurate" mean?
