Please find below the proposed agenda for the next RDS PDP WG meeting which has been scheduled for Tuesday 4 October at 16.00 UTC. For agenda item 4, you will find attached the latest version of the statement of purpose which includes all the comments that have been received to date. For your convenience, you will also find the pdf version attached as the table may not display well on mobile devices. We’ll aim to provide you with an updated version prior to the meeting should further comments come in during the course of today.

Proposed Agenda – RDS PDP WG Meeting - Tuesday, 04 October 2016 at 16:00 UTC for 90 minutes 

1.      Roll call/SOI update

2.      Brief Updates: status update, ICANN57

3.      Call for volunteers to complete pending PR assignments: 

a.      Review of codings 

b.      Outstanding possible requirements from new EU GDPR (Final Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (27 April 2016)

4.      Continue work on statement of purpose

5.      Confirm next meeting date: Tuesday 11 October at 16:00 UTC
