No it isn't. The original language is nearly identical, yet if I recall 
the purposes supplied by the registries in their agreements with 
registrars to date I would be hard pressed to call them sufficient under 
the GDPR. I mainly wanted to raise attention to this clause as it is 
relevant to the current discussion and seemed to have been overlooked so 
far.
