What business is it of ours how a registrant uses a domain name. At 
thisd point, it is merely another data point that we would be collecting 
that serves no purpose.

Also, the intended use may change, registrants may not be aware their 
activity is actually commercial and finally, certain activities may be 
classified as commercial in some jurisdictions, but not in others. For 
example, using adwords in an otherwise private website.
