I have a question.

I am in track 4 "Business Domain Name Purchase/Sale", and we are about 
to start our work.

Instructions say:

  Is this a correct start for a frame of reference?
  Does it mean I can suggest that a "hacker-for-hire" service can be an 
expressed purpose here?
