I agree with you that this WG needs to start looking into suggesting
the changes that we need to see.

We have enough evidences and we actually didn't need to wait on these
external analyses because our community members have already worked
and proved that WHOIS needed to change from its current state!

I am new at this WG so i look forward to discussions on how do we move forward.
