[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] ICANN Legal Opinion on GDPR - Part 1

Feel free to correct me, but as far as I can tell, I (and my side) has been the only one who has suggested a solution (whois privacy for free). As far as I can tell, the only other solution mentioned by the other side has been for whois to go dark (aka “go get rekt”). 

Can someone list the other solutions proposed?
