[Gnso-rpm-data] conflicts

I thought this rotation was an accommodation to sub-team members in Europe. If so, I think we should hold to the current schedule.

    The Data Subteam meeting on Thursday at its evening hour is going to create some conflicts. I have an event rescheduled from 1/4 when everything was canceled here due to snow and cold. I believe Rebecca has a conflict as well. Given the importance of the issues at hand, and with apologies, I would like to recommend that we reschedule to one of our more traditional Friday times for this meeting (and then move into a late Thursday time).
