After a quick review (I really only looked at my own input, so don't
know if input from others was captured in the summary:

Q4: Add explicit mention of IDN issues. Currently, Registry - Q29a
tab: cell A7 is already cited in the "Data" section, but it's likely
worth mentioning it too in the Summary part (given that Q4 explicitly
asks about IDNs).
