[gnso-rpm-wg] Vendor Suggestions for RFP

Isn't this going to be an open RFP open to any vendor, and advertised
widely by ICANN itself? Or will it be limited to only those that are
invited?

If it's an open one (which I think it should be), I don't understand
why certain vendors should be advantaged by being given preferential
notice/outreach/invitations compared with other competing vendors.
