Hi Kristine,

Yes.

If some folks feel that MoUs are generally "sufficient", then please
explain to me why all the sections of the RAA that compel registrars
to require compliance with the UDRP/URS shouldn't be completely
eliminated from the RAA, and instead handled separately in some MoU?
