[GNSO-RPM-WG] RPM PDP WG Trademark Claims Sub Team Status Report 25 April 2019

Dear members of the RPM PDP WG,

On behalf of Martin Silva and Roger Carney, Co-Chairs of the TM Claims Sub Team, please see below the weekly progress report to the full RPM PDP WG.  Roger acted as chair during the meeting<https://community.icann.org/display/RARPMRIAGPWG/2019-04-24+Sub+team+for+Trademark+Claims+Data+Review> on Wednesday, 24 April.

Current Status:
The Sub Team continued discussion of preliminary recommendations and review of individual proposals with respect to the Trademark Claims Charter questions.  See the Charter questions and the summary table on the wiki at: https://community.icann.org/display/RARPMRIAGPWG/Documents%2C+drafts%2C+responses+RPM+WG+Sub+Team+for+Trademark+Claims+Data+Review.

At the meeting on 24 April the Sub Team continued the discussion of tentative preliminary recommendations with respect to question 1 and related individual proposal #5, as well as the reference to question 3.  See individual proposals at: https://community.icann.org/x/R6EWBg.  In addition, the Sub Team Co-Chairs agreed to initiate discussion threads on the list on question 1 and related individual proposals #5 and #6, and on question 3.

Next Steps:
Per the revised timeline in the Proposed Process for TMCH Sunrise & Trademark Claims Sub Teams, the goal is for the Sub Team to complete the development of preliminary recommendations based on all data reviewed to date and the review of individual proposals by 15 May.
