OK, just listened to the recording.

It sounds like there was a simple misunderstanding here, all is good.

I think Phil thought that Rebecca and I reached consensus on all the issues.

We reached consensus on the main issues, but there are a few areas of
divergence.

I am hopefully we will reach consensus on those items as well, especially
after members have time to review the transcript I circulated earlier today.

We can flesh this out when we see the draft Initial Report.

Apologies to all if I over-reacted, I feel much better now after listening
to the recording!

Paul T. - is sounds like we will have to pick up your point about 6ter
after the comments come in on the initial report because we ran out of time.
