Dear RPM Working Group members,

This is to let you know that the two sub groups set up to review the public comments for preliminary recommendations and community questions have completed their work. Please find the outcome of their review in the following Public Comment Analysis google docs:

  * Sub Group A (TMCH, Sunrise, TM Claims, TM-PDDRP Recommendations & Questions): https://docs.google.com/document/d/10mftuhNy7YMgtCIu2ZRwsCleDgbP8AAAFz_jMHBFL70/edit?usp=sharing
  *   Sub Group B (URS Recommendations & Questions): https://docs.google.com/document/d/110It4ZZMV6V4XY77J6DUq-H_ZGtdPNV8qCB_5Ukd29E/edit?usp=sharing

The Public Comment Analysis google docs contain the following:

  *   Summary of sub group deliberations of public comments;
  *   Sub groups’ suggested actions for full WG’s consideration (within sub group deliberation summary);
  *   Specific public comments flagged by the sub groups for the full WG’s review;
  * Links to the Public Comment Review Tool (PCRT), as well as the wiki pages (hyperlinked to the recommendation/question number) where the contextual languages for recommendations/questions are published.

The Public Comment Analysis docs are expected to be used during the WG’s further deliberations on public comments, informing the WG’s decisions on the preliminary recommendations by considering sub groups’ suggested actions.

In addition, this wiki page contains all the PCRT spreadsheet and Public Comment Analysis docs used by the sub groups and full WG, as well as the raw data of public comment responses: https://community.icann.org/x/HzSJBw

Have a nice weekend!

Best Regards,
Mary, Julie, Ariel
