[GNSO-RPMs-WG-SGA] Public Comment Analysis Updated: Sunrise Recs 1, 2, 5, 6 & Q1-4

Dear Sub Group A members,

This is to let you know that staff made some minor formatting changes to improve the readability of the public comment analysis document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/10mftuhNy7YMgtCIu2ZRwsCleDgbP8AAAFz_jMHBFL70/edit#<https://docs.google.com/document/d/10mftuhNy7YMgtCIu2ZRwsCleDgbP8AAAFz_jMHBFL70/edit>

  *   “Public Comment Deliberation Summary” is now above “Public Comment Referred to WG” to allow readers to see the context of the flagged public comments before reading the details;
  *   To make each recommendation/question more obvious, the boxes that contain the text have been colored in yellow and page breaks have been inserted to separate them into individual sections.

These changes are consistent with those in the Sub Group B public comment analysis document, which were originally suggested by the SGB Co-Chairs.

Please note that the public comment analysis summary document has been updated by including the Sub Group’s deliberations in yesterday’s meeting (16 June). This document is not meant to replace Sub Group A’s transcript, recording, and chat record, which are published here: https://community.icann.org/x/dwcdC

Since yesterday’s discussions also have impact on some Sunrise recommendations discussed previously (e.g., some comments in response to Sunrise questions should also be flagged in the context of Sunrise recommendations), we have updated those summary notes and highlighted the updates in green. Please see Sunrise Recommendations 1, 2, 5, and 6 (pages 2-5, 7-9) for those updates.
