[Gnso-ssc] For your review - draft motion and communication to the GNSO Council

Yes, i saw the call was cancelled,

And i was surprised, as i wanted to suggest a few changes to the order 
of the list, after thinking about it, and discussing with the constituency.

To my understanding the call of Thursday was cancelled to leave room for 
the last call today.

So i am confused and surprised.

I suggest we have this last call, to get updates from everyone on the 
feedback of their groups.
