[Gnso-ssc] Fwd: [council] SSC selection of GNSO candidates for the ATRT3

Hi all,

I submitted the motion for ATRT3 selection and  I got this suggested
amendment from Darcy on behalf of Registrars SG.
I know that we didn't want to give a ranking for the secondary candidates
but we should give a response to the suggestion.
personally, I don't have any problem with it, but please let me know your
thoughts asap.

Rafik, As maker of this motion, the RrSG would like to suggest an
amendment.  The secondary candidates list is identified as being submitted
in no particular order.  Given that the NCSG and RySG have representatives
listed as primary candidates, the RrSG suggests the BC and RrSG candidates
in the secondary list be prioritized first in order to distribute
representation further across the GNSO.  We recognize that there’s a
possibility the secondary candidates will never be considered for selection
to the Review Team, but if any SO/AC fails to fill its three slots, it
would be best to broaden the scope of representation the GNSO is offering.
