[Gnso-ssc] SSC Chair/Vice-Chair role

Dear SSC members,

As discussed on today’s call, the SSC will need a Chair and Vice-Chair for the coming year. Carlton has volunteered for the Vice-Chair role and we are still seeking a volunteer for the Chair role.
