Seeing no objections to the proposed poll format, the poll is now open: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/M3YVJD2.

Please review candidate materials (available at https://community.icann.org/display/GSSC/2020+GNSO+Appointed+Mentor+-+ICANN+Fellowship+Program)
and complete the poll no later than 3 January 2020.

You will soon receive a meeting invite for a call in early January to review poll results and discuss the candidates.

Dear all,

As agreed on today’s call, the first step of the selection process for the GNSO Nominated Mentor to the Fellowship Program will be for each SSC member to evaluate candidates and individually fill out a poll to help you organize your thoughts for the upcoming meetings where the selection will be made.

I am re-sharing the link here to the draft poll for your review: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/M3YVJD2. NOTE: You do not need to fill out the poll! It is a draft version that allows everyone to review the proposed format. If you have any concerns about the poll format, please share them by end of day Friday this week (20 December).

Absent any objections, we will open the poll on Monday 23 January with a close date of 3 January 2020.
