Hi all and Happy Holidays!

As this effort is my first as an SSC member, I created the attached scoring
matrix to assist in my assessment of the candidates. While the approach
(i.e., scoring 0, 1 or 2 for each factor) is simplistic, I found myself
using a 0.5 and 1.5 in some instances where a 0, 1 or 2 did not feel
sufficient. The matrix has helped me rank the candidates in what I perceive
to be the most objective way.

If the matrix helps you in some way, terrific. Also, if you have ideas
about how to improve the matrix I'd love to hear them.

I look forward to our call on January 7th.
